We offer a very warm welcome to furry companions of all shapes and sizes, including both dogs and cats! In our community, each apartment can become a cozy haven for up to two beloved pets.
Just a heads up, we have a few guidelines regarding certain breeds, but don't worry, we're here to make the process smooth and enjoyable for you.
- Pets must be at least 1 year in age.
Regarding fees
- there's a non-refundable pet fee of $150
- along with a $100 pet deposit
- and a $25 pet rent, per pet
These contributions help ensure a pleasant living experience for everyone, including our furry residents!
